okok , so it's not ALL that awesome. But it works.

i launch progs/apps with Launchy(it's not a dock, it's a keyboard ninja's best weap)
Samurize for the clock in the bottom right corner
Yahoo Widgets for the darn weather(gonna change to Samurize soon)
